We Stand With Palestine. We Stand for Humanity. No Exceptions.
Hello, and welcome to Poo News — where we cut through the crap, break apart the chunk, and get to what actually matters.
I never imagined I would be sitting here writing something like this for Verbal Poo. We created this platform to bring some humor back to the internet, encourage conversations, and give people a place where they could speak their minds without taking every little thing so seriously. But there comes a point when you have to put the jokes aside because what is happening in the world is simply too important to ignore.
I want you to think about something. Imagine waking up tomorrow and discovering that your home is gone, your neighborhood has been destroyed, and you have absolutely no idea whether your family will survive another day. Imagine being a parent who cannot protect their child, not because they aren't trying, but because there is nowhere safe left to go.
Now imagine watching the rest of the world argue about whether your family deserves to live.
That is what I cannot wrap my head around. We are living in a world where we can communicate with someone thousands of miles away in seconds, build extraordinary technology, and accomplish things previous generations could barely imagine. Yet we still cannot agree that children should not be killed, families should not be collectively punished, and an entire population should not have to fight simply for the right to exist.
This is where Verbal Poo draws a line.
We stand with the Palestinian people. We stand for equality across every race, religion, nationality, and culture. We also stand for the protection of innocent Israeli civilians because human rights cannot mean one thing for one population and something entirely different for another.
I don't care what religion you practice, what country you were born in, or which political party you support. None of those things gives anyone the right to treat another human being as disposable.
Today, Poo News is cutting through something considerably more serious than our usual collection of political nonsense and everyday stupidity. We are talking about human lives, accountability, and what happens when the world begins treating the suffering of innocent people as an acceptable cost of conflict.
THE CHUNK NOBODY SHOULD BE IGNORING
As of September 2026, the humanitarian situation in Gaza remains devastating. According to the United Nations, widespread destruction, displacement, critical medical shortages, and restrictions affecting humanitarian assistance continue to threaten civilian lives. Hundreds of thousands of people remain in precarious living conditions, and many children face serious risks to their safety, health, and education.
In September 2025, an independent United Nations Commission of Inquiry concluded that Israeli authorities and security forces had committed genocide against Palestinians in Gaza. In June 2026, the commission reaffirmed its findings, reporting further atrocities against Palestinian children. Israel rejects these conclusions, and the genocide case before the International Court of Justice remains ongoing without a final judgment. These findings deserve careful examination rather than political dismissal.
Meanwhile, behind every statistic is a human being. Every destroyed home once contained someone's belongings, memories, photographs, and plans for tomorrow. Every injured child has a name, and every parent searching through rubble deserves more than another carefully rehearsed political statement.
This is precisely why Verbal Poo believes we need to stop treating human suffering like a competitive political sport.
WHEN DID HUMAN LIFE BECOME NEGOTIABLE?
Something is seriously wrong when people can watch children suffer and immediately begin debating whether those children belong to the correct religion, nationality, or political community to deserve sympathy.
What kind of world have we created when compassion requires identification papers?
It should not matter whether a child is Palestinian, Israeli, American, Jewish, Muslim, Christian, Hindu, or belongs to no religion whatsoever. Children do not choose the circumstances of their birth, the governments that represent them, or the conflicts they inherit.
The October 7, 2023, attacks against Israeli civilians were horrific. Palestinian civilians must not be subjected to collective punishment or treated as responsible for the crimes of Hamas. Recognizing one community's suffering does not require dismissing another's. Human rights lose their meaning when we apply them selectively.
But if we are going to discuss October 7, we also need to examine the evidence surrounding what happened that day, including the actions of Israel's own military.
In June 2024, a United Nations Commission of Inquiry published findings indicating that Israeli military operations had also resulted in Israeli civilian deaths during the October 7 attacks. Its investigation found that Israeli forces had likely applied the controversial Hannibal Directive in certain incidents, potentially resulting in the deaths of up to 14 Israeli civilians. The commission documented the death of an Israeli woman from helicopter fire during her abduction and concluded that Israeli tank fire killed some or all of the civilian hostages held in a house in Kibbutz Be'eri.
The Israeli newspaper Haaretz subsequently published an investigation on July 7, 2024, based on military documents and testimonies from Israeli soldiers and officers. It reported that Israeli commanders had issued orders intended to prevent captives from being taken into Gaza. One reported instruction was: "Not a single vehicle can return to Gaza." The investigation raised serious questions about the danger those orders posed to Israeli captives and other civilians.
These findings require important distinctions. The United Nations investigation did not establish that Israeli forces were responsible for most deaths on October 7. The Israeli military's own investigation also disputed the commission's conclusions concerning the hostages in Be'eri, maintaining that most were likely murdered by their captors rather than killed by tank fire.
These conflicting findings demonstrate why independent investigations, transparent evidence, and accountability are essential. Every civilian death deserves an accurate investigation, regardless of who fired the weapon.
This is where Poo News intends to cut through the crap. We should not select the evidence that supports our political position while ignoring the evidence that makes us uncomfortable.
Criticizing the actions of the Israeli government is not the same as attacking Jewish people. Defending Palestinian human rights is not the same as supporting Hamas. Neither antisemitism nor hatred against Muslims should have any place in a conversation supposedly concerned with protecting human life.
If we cannot understand those distinctions, we are allowing prejudice to do our thinking for us.
DON'T PREACH LOVE WHILE EXCUSING SUFFERING
Religion is another part of this conversation that deserves serious examination. People regularly invoke Christianity, Judaism, Islam, and other faiths when discussing morality, compassion, justice, and the sanctity of human life.
Those principles deserve to mean something beyond the walls of our own religious communities.
If you spend Sunday preaching about loving your neighbor but spend Monday justifying the suffering of innocent children because they belong to another religion or nationality, you have a contradiction worth examining.
You cannot claim that every life is sacred and then make exceptions whenever those lives become politically inconvenient.
Faith should never become a convenient excuse for dehumanizing another population. The same principle applies to patriotism, nationalism, and political loyalty.
We should be particularly concerned whenever political or religious language is used to make collective suffering sound reasonable.
That is the kind of crap Verbal Poo refuses to polish.
OUR POSITION: EQUALITY DOES NOT COME WITH EXCEPTIONS
Verbal Poo was created around the idea that people should be able to express themselves, challenge hypocrisy, discuss difficult subjects, and sometimes laugh at the absolute nonsense that surrounds us.
But freedom of expression carries an opportunity to do something more meaningful than winning arguments.
It gives us the opportunity to defend the humanity of people whose voices are being ignored.
We stand with the Palestinian people and their fundamental human rights. We stand for the safety and dignity of Israeli civilians, and we stand for equal treatment across every race, religion, nationality, and culture.
These principles should extend to people with disabilities, refugees, displaced families, religious minorities, and anyone else whose humanity is regularly treated as negotiable.
No culture should be erased. No religious community should be collectively blamed for the actions of political leaders or armed organizations. No government or armed group should be excused for unlawful attacks against civilians.
We also believe that accountability must be grounded in evidence, independent investigation, and international law. Justice cannot depend on whether the people responsible happen to be political allies.
The same standards must apply to everyone.
WE HAVE ENOUGH CRAP. WE NEED MORE HUMANITY.
Social media has become remarkably effective at turning human suffering into entertainment. Graphic images circulate, political influencers collect engagement, arguments explode, and before long another tragedy becomes just another opportunity to accumulate followers.
Somewhere underneath all that noise are families who have lost everything.
At Verbal Poo, we understand the power of humor. We built an entire platform around it. But there is a difference between using humor to expose hypocrisy and allowing human suffering to become another disposable internet trend.
Our goal is not to encourage people to hate Israelis, Palestinians, Jewish people, Muslims, Christians, or anyone else. It is to insist that human rights and humanitarian law matter regardless of who is involved.
We can challenge governments without attacking entire populations. We can condemn atrocities without turning our outrage against innocent people. We can disagree about politics without disagreeing about whether children deserve to live.
Anyone using religion, patriotism, or political loyalty to excuse the suffering of innocent people should be prepared to have those arguments examined.
That is where Poo News comes in.
We will continue cutting through the crap, questioning political narratives, exposing contradictions, and examining the evidence. We will not pretend that every claim is equally supported, and we will not mistake hatred for moral conviction.
But we are also going to remember that behind every headline are actual human beings whose lives are worth more than our political arguments.
This is a serious moment for Verbal Poo, and our message is simple: Palestinian lives matter. Israeli lives matter. Every human life deserves dignity, safety, and equal protection.
Human rights are not privileges reserved for whichever population happens to have the most powerful allies.
They belong to everyone.
